Refund & Cancellation Policy

Worksheet bundles are delivered as a ZIP download the moment payment succeeds, both on the thank-you page and by email. Practice exams unlock immediately on the account that bought them. Because access is granted straight away, a completed purchase is generally final.

Before you buy, every bundle page shows a preview and a full contents list, and our free library lets you try hundreds of worksheets at no cost. Please use both to be sure the material suits your child or class.

We issue a full refund in these situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same bundle or exam. We refund the duplicate charges in full.
• Payment succeeded but access did not arrive and we cannot fix the delivery for you.
• The files are faulty — corrupted, unopenable, or materially different from what the bundle page described — and we cannot supply a working replacement.
• The purchase was unauthorised, once we have verified it with you.

Requests must reach us within 7 days of the purchase date so we can trace the transaction.

• You changed your mind, or bought the wrong bundle, after downloading the files.
• You have already used or completed a practice exam.
• The content did not match a preference the product page did not claim to meet — please check the preview and contents list first.
• You cannot open the files because of a problem with your own device or software, where the files themselves are working.

• The email address you used at checkout
• The Razorpay payment or order ID from your confirmation
• What went wrong

We reply within 2 business days. Many problems — a lost download link, an email that never arrived — we can simply fix, and you keep what you paid for. If you would rather just retrieve your files, the bundle retrieval page resends your download links instantly.

Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method — we cannot refund to a different card or account. Razorpay typically credits the money within 5–7 business days of us approving it, though your bank may take a little longer. We will confirm by email once the refund is issued.

We do not run subscriptions, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. A one-time purchase can be cancelled only before the files have been delivered — in practice that means a payment which is still processing or has failed. A failed payment is never captured, and any amount your bank has held is released automatically.
