Privacy Policy

Amazing Worksheets is a library of free printable worksheets, premium worksheet bundles and online practice exams for children aged 2–16, operated by Amazing Worksheets. You can reach us any time at onboarding@amazingworksheets.in or through our contact page.

Most of the site works without giving us anything at all — free worksheets download without an account. We collect information in three situations:

• When you create an account or sign in. Your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google — never your Google password.
• When you buy a bundle or practice exam. Your email address and the order details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor — card numbers, UPI IDs and bank credentials never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
• When you browse. Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.

Worksheets you bookmark are stored against your account, or in your own browser's local storage when you aren't signed in.

• To deliver what you asked for — download links, bundle files and exam access.
• To operate your account, saved worksheets and exam history.
• To send transactional email such as purchase confirmations and download links.
• To understand which worksheets are useful so we can make more of them.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Amazing Worksheets keeps its core library free by showing advertisements. In line with Google's requirements for publishers, we disclose the following:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
• More detail on how Google uses data when you use our site is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from, and how the site performs. Analytics cookies do not tell us who you are.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your saved worksheets. The site will not work correctly without them. You can block or delete any cookie through your browser settings.

Our worksheets are made for children, but this site is intended to be used by the parents, teachers and guardians who print them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Accounts, purchases and exam registrations are for adults only, and a child should only use the site under adult supervision.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us at onboarding@amazingworksheets.in and we will delete it promptly.

We share personal information only with the service providers who make the site work:

• Razorpay — payment processing for bundles and exams.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Google — advertising (AdSense), analytics and Google Sign-In.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the security of the service.

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email onboarding@amazingworksheets.in and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR — we honour those requests wherever you are.

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to the admin area is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
